1. Add Fortune Lounge sending address (From:) to your "safe" sender list.

AOL:

• Open your AOL mailbox.
• Go to keyword: Spam Controls.

Version 9.0:

• Open the latest Fortune Lounge e-mail.
• Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
• Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to: This is where the email address would be, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.

Simply:

• Open the latest Fortune Lounge e-mail.
• Click the Reply button (in the top right corner).
• A new email window opens with the incorrect address in the "Send To" box.
• Replace this address in the Send To box with: promotions@fortunemail.net
• Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
• Even if the e-mail doesn't get delivered to us, the act of sending it will automatically add us into your "People I Know" list.

BlackBerry:

• Scroll up to the message header
• Get to the field where their name is listed, click the Berry button and then click Show Address
• Select and copy that news@fl1news.com to the clipboard
• Go into Address Book and find the user
• Select Save
• Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
• Paste it in and click Save

Cloudmark SpamNet:

• Select Cloudmark | Options from the toolbar in Outlook.
• Click Advanced.
• Go to the Whitelist tab.
• Click the Add button.
• Type: promotions@fortunemail.net
• Click OK.
• Click OK.
• Click Yes.
• Click OK.

Gmail:

To make sure email gets delivered to your inbox, you must add the email address news@fl1news.com to your contacts list.

1. Click the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side of your inbox screen.
2. Click the "Add Fortune Lounge to Contacts List" from the list that appears.
3. You will now see Fortune Lounge appear under the link "Contacts" on the left side of the page.
4. Click the link "Contacts" and the in the "Search Contacts" form field.
5. Now you can select to move Fortune Lounge to a contact list of choice and edit any details.

Hotmail Live, Windows Live and MSN:

In the new Hotmail you must "Mark sender as safe" to enable hyperlinks even in text emails and images in HTML emails.
Entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender
To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can do one of two things:

• Check the "Junk" folder if you do not see the Fortune Lounge in your inbox
• Click the "Mark as safe" link
• Add user@Fortune Lounge.com to your Safe List
• Click "Show content" to view the body of the email if it contains images and HTML
• Click "Mark as safe"
• Fortune Lounge will now be added to your list of "Safe senders"

Manually Add to Safe List

• Click "Options" in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen
• In the Body of the page under "Junk e-mail" click the link "Safe and blocked senders"
• Click the link "Safe senders"
• Enter the email address " news@fl1news.com"
• Click "Add to list"

• Click the Addresses tab.
• Click New.
• Type: promotions@fortunemail.net
• Make sure 'Accept Mail From This Address' is selected under Receiving Options.
• Uncheck 'Display in People Picker' under Other options.

1. Click the Address Book button
2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted
3. Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address and Other
4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the "From" address, news@fl1news.com into the email dialogue box
5. Click OK

1. Start up Norton AntiSpam
2. Click the Status & Settings tab
3. Click AntiSpam
4. Click Configure
5. Click Allowed List tab
6. Click Add button
7. In the 'Email Address' box, enter news@fl1news.com
8. Click OK
9. Click OK

• Check your 'Probably Spam' folder.
• If you find that Your Publication Name was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the 'Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam' button.

• Open your SBCGlobal mailbox.
• Click Mail Options.
• Click Filters.
• Click Add Filter.
• In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address: promotions@fortunemail.net. At the bottom, where it states "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
• Click the Add Filter button again.
• If the Fortune Lounge e-mail has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

• Click the Configure button.
• Go to the Known Senders tab.
• Click Add under 'Known Good Senders and Recipients'.

Yahoo! Mail:

In Yahoo! Mail, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.

• Click the Addresses tab.
• Click Add Contact at the upper left.
• Enter the news@fl1news.com e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.

If you have an e-mail message from Fortune Lounge, from that message you can also:

• Click Add to Address Book in the From field of the header.
• Click Save Contact.

Other Providers:

• If the Fortune Lounge e-mail has been filtered to your "Bulk" or "Junk" folder, try adding promotions@fortunemail.net to your Contact list or Address Book.
• If this option is unavailable, move the message to your 'Inbox' or forward the message to yourself.

If certain mails continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can prevent all Fortune Lounge e-mails from being blocked. After all, you wouldn't want to miss out on our exciting promotions and exclusive offers.
